EagleRidge Realty Trust, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has acquired 49th Avenue Apartments, LLC (The Grand off 45th). The Grand off 45th consists of 3 new upscale apartment buildings located at the intersection of 45th Street S. and 52nd Avenue S. in Fargo, ND.
