We are pleased to announce that the Company has acquired Evelyn Acres Townhomes. Evelyn Acres are one-of-a-kind townhomes conveniently located off 40th Avenue near 45th Street in Fargo, ND. The acquisition of Evelyn Acres Townhomes was effective June 1, 2021. This acquisition increased our total assets by $6.6 million dollars.
