The Company is offering up to $7,005,000 worth of common stock of the Company, pursuant to a confidential private placement memorandum. The first $2,001,000 in shares are being offered at $11.50 per share. The remaining shares will be offered at $12.00 share. A minimum investment of $25,000 worth of shares is required, unless waived in the sole discretion of the Company. This offering will expire December 30, 2021.
