EagleRidge Realty Trust, Inc. is offering up to $7,005,000 worth of shares of common stock of the company for the purpose of acquiring additional properties. The first $2,001,000 in shares will be offered at $11.50/share. The remaining shares will be offered at $12.00/share.

There will be a minimum subscription of $25,000 from each investor, unless waived by the Company.
